Baked Beans

56 oz of pork 'n beans
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
3 tsp. dry mustard
9 slices of bacon cut in pieces
1 cup ketchup
1 onion (cut up)

Directions:

By hand, mix all ingredients.

Bake in covered greased two quart casserole (or bean pot) at 325 degrees for 2 to 3 hours.

I know... everybody can make baked beans. But these turn out really good. They are particularly tasty the next day.
